Fletcher Construction will lay the cable between the McFaddens Substation to the Corner of Hills Road and Innes Road and McConnell Dowell will lay the remainder of it from the corner of Hills Road and Innes Road via Briggs Road, Olivine Street, Voss Street, Pagoda Street, Joy Street, Golf Links Road, New Brighton Road, Bampton Street and accross Coopers Road to the Substation.

As further information comes to hand I will update you.  (Updated 8th January 2014).

NORTH AVON R0AD - UPGRADE:  Please be aware that the part of NORTH AVON ROAD  between Hills Road and North Parade will be undergoing an upgrade as of Mid January 2018.

We will keep you informed as to what detours are in use (if any) and any road closures that are a part of the project.

This project is expected to take until September 2018 to be fully completed.

CURRENT ROAD CLOSURES:    Tweed Street at North Avon Road.  No Left Turn From North Parade into North Avon Road

One way system operating WEST of the stanmore Road and Stapletons Road Junction.

Please also note: There is now a permanent no right turn dividing Bar to stop people from Turning right from North Avon Road into Stapletons Road.  Please respect this as people are already ducking around the dividing bar to go into Stapletons Road and putting other Motorists at Risk.

Information Correct at Sunday 2nd August 2018.

PLEASE NOTE:  This work is not officially in the Dallington Residents Association Boundaries.  However, we believe it is important enough to report to you all on it as many of our residents use North Avon Road.
